Site-Based Service Coordinator - Facilities & Billable Works

VIVO Defence Services, based at Bovington in Dorset, is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Area Manager and Site Management teams. You will coordinate activity across operations, supply partners, contractors and customers, ensuring work progresses smoothly and the team has the administrative support it needs.

This role focuses on the Billable Works process, maintaining trackers, raising Purchase Orders, allocating and closing PPM and reactive tasks, and generating reports.
