Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring seamless project delivery
• Lead and manage on site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and safety
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure on time and on budget completion
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to align on project goals and expectations
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the on site team
• Maintain thorough and accurate site records, including progress reports and documentation

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects or large scale site operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving abilities
• Deep understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations
• Full, clean driving licence
