Overview

Opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to take full ownership on key water infrastructure projects in Co. Kilkenny with a well established and busy civil engineering contractor.

Suit for a hands on engineer who enjoys running their own site, leading teams, and having the autonomy to drive projects forward while maintaining high standards in safety, quality and programme.

Key decision maker on site, managing daily operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and working closely with senior management and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery from start to finish.

With a strong pipeline of secured work in the region, you'll benefit from long-term job stability, consistent local projects and clear progression opportunities into more senior roles as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure health & safety standards are maintained
• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, reports and progress updates
• Liaise with clients, engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Ireland
• Strong background in water, wastewater or general civil projects
• Full Irish Driving Licence

Package

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect somewhere between €65,000 - €70,000 + Vehicle + Fuel + Matched Pension.
