Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Write production-quality Python and Django code with a focus on performance and maintainability
• Work with the Django ORM at a deep level to ensure efficient data operations
• Collaborate in agile sprints with product and engineering teams
• Debug, diagnose, and resolve issues across the platform
• Contribute to backend infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoring/logging

A leading AI-driven search intelligence platform is seeking a Data Product Manager to drive the evolution of its data and ML ecosystem.

You'll own the data product roadmap, contribute to AI-driven search strategy, and collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and cross-functional product teams.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience, with 3+ years in Data Engineering or Data Science
• Strong data and analytics background, comfortable discussing ML workflows and data pipelines
• Experience managing large-scale data platforms and high-volume pipelines
• Prior experience in product companies (SaaS, digital, or consumer tech)
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with BI, data analysis, and data metrics
• Product ownership mindset (not pure project management)
