SIAM Solution Architect - 6-Month Contract - Leeds (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced SIAM Architect looking for a new challenge? My client is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team and lead the architecture for ITSM and service integration across a multi-supplier environment.

In this role, you will define and deliver the architectural roadmap for ITSM tooling-particularly around the BMC Helix ecosystem-while working closely with delivery teams and major third-party suppliers. You'll act as the primary architect within the team, shaping end-to-end service integration, data architecture (incl. CMDB), and new tool integrations.

You will be involved in but not limited to:

• Create and govern the architectural roadmap for ITSM and SIAM capabilities
• Lead high-level service and solution architecture, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practice
• Design scalable, integrated service management solutions and maintain key architectural artefacts
• Work closely with major suppliers (eg, telco and managed service providers) to ensure effective integration and governance

Key focus areas:

• ITSM tooling architecture (preferably BMC Helix)
• CMDB, service mapping & data architecture
• New tool integrations and observability assessments
• Working closely with major third-party suppliers
• Presenting technical designs and influencing stakeholders up to director level

Ideal for someone experienced in SIAM, ITIL, and multi-supplier ecosystems with strong communication and governance skills.
