SIA-Qualified Hostel Concierge & Security

Arc in Taunton is seeking a Hostel Concierge and Security staff member to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors. The role involves handling enquiries, monitoring access, and supporting wellbeing and safeguarding in a hostel setting.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA licence, be able to drive, and be prepared for a 39.5-hour two-week rolling rota; enhanced DBS check is required.
