SIA-Licensed Retail Security Officer: Protect & Deter Loss

Poundland Southampton Above Bar is seeking a part-time Security Officer (SIA-licensed) for 26 hours per week. You will protect customers and colleagues, patrol the store, deter theft and respond to incidents using the SMART system.

A valid SIA licence, smart reporting, and professional conduct are essential. Applicants should have a strong customer-service background, clear communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
