Showroom Store Manager - Uncapped Bonus

Oak Furnitureland's Northampton showroom is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and lead a high-performing team. You will own showroom performance, coach Retail Sales Advisors, recruit staff, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and deliver an outstanding omnichannel customer journey.
