Charles Hurst Group Ltd is seeking a Showroom Manager for Budget Direct Used Cars in Belfast. This hands on leadership role focuses on building processes, supporting sales performance and shaping the customer experience from day one.

You will lead a busy used car operation, maximise sales and finance/insurance results, coach the team, ensure FCA compliance and drive a customer focused culture across the site.
