High Seat Ltd. is seeking a Showroom Manager in Eastbourne for our brand new Hampden Park showroom. You'll lead the showroom team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and coach colleagues to be their best.

You will own the showroom's commercial performance, manage payments and cash, recruit and develop your team, and ensure a welcoming, premium service environment. DBS check is required.
