Showroom Manager

We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's fastest growing tile and bathroom retailers, who are launching a brand-new showroom in a prime Bristol location. With a huge selection of tiles, tiling products and bathrooms on display, this is an exciting opportunity to help maintain their number one position in the market.

Day to Day You Will Be

• Controlling the day-to-day operational activities of the store and leading the sales team to maximise performance against KPIs
• Ensuring company standards are maintained at all times, from staff presentation to the store environment and product displays
• Taking full ownership of store operations, identifying training needs and developing your team

Our Ideal Showroom Manager Candidate Will Have

• A proven track record in managing and coaching sales staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Strong people management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and use own initiative
• Previous customer-facing retail experience and the flexibility to cover store opening hours, including weekends
