Showroom Host/Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a part-time Showroom Host/Receptionist, 14.5 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, to be the face of Marshall Grimsby. Welcome every guest like they're part of something special - because they are.

As our receptionist, you'll be the warm, friendly voice and face that sets the tone for every customer experience. From greeting guests to supporting the team behind the scenes, your role helps keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• You will welcome all customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• You will manage inbound calls and direct queries appropriately
• You will keep reception areas organized and presentable
• You will support with light admin and occasional customer service tasks
• Someone friendly, with a confident approach to customer service
• Someone with clear communication skills, in person and on the phone
• Someone with basic IT skills and an eye for organization
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer, every time
