Job Description

Porsche Centre Bolton has a rare vacancy for a full-time Showroom Host/Receptionist to join the team.

The Role:

Includes but is not limited to:

  • Welcome customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
  • Answer and manage the telephone system
  • Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
  • Manage customer waiting area and showroom
Skills & Experience:
  • A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated
  • A mature, friendly and approachable manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • An effective communicator
  • Well-presented and personable
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role would be a distinct advantage and your personality must shine through from the moment we meet you.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • IT literacy

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
