The ideal person will have/ be:
- At least 1 year's relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form.
- Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
- At times, there may be a requirement to cover our Mallusk dealership, 2 Mallusk Way, Newtownabbey, BT36 4AA
Desirable:
- Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.
- 2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
- Barista trained would be an advantage.
