Shovel/Dump Truck Driver

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
Operate and drive loading shovel & dump trucks to transport materials such as soil, gravel, rocks, or sand to and from construction sites
Follow safety regulations and traffic laws at all times
Inspect trucks before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness
Secure loads properly to prevent spillage or shifting during transit
Maintain cleanliness of the truck and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines

Skills:
Proven experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver
Valid Class C driving licence with a clean driving record
Ability to drive and operate a dump truck efficiently
Knowledge of flatbed trucks and their operation
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
