Shoreditch Japanese Izakaya Manager

Aethos Shoreditch is opening a new Japanese dining concept in Shoreditch. We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, uphold 5 star service standards, and drive guest satisfaction for a premium dining experience.

You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to lead, train, and motivate the team, coordinate front and back of house activities, and ensure smooth service across all shifts. Eligible to work in the UK and fluent in English are required.
