Shopping Centre Operations Manager

ABM UK seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee security, cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, maintenance and related tasks at a client site in a shopping centre. You will drive efficient operations, lead the site team and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires proven leadership, budget control skills and strong communication. IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification is preferred. 42-hour week with Monday-Friday shifts and two Saturdays on rota.
