Who we're looking for

A facilities or operations management professional from retail, commercial, or multi-let property

Strong experience managing contractors, H&S, compliance, and PPM programmes

Confident handling budgets, invoicing, and supplier contracts

A hands-on leader with excellent organisational and reporting skills

Ideally IOSH or NEBOSH certified, with a proactive and safety-first mindset
