Your local British Red Cross shop offers a range of volunteer opportunities. This role focuses on using the shop till, providing customer service, and supporting various shop tasks.
Typical Activities- Using the shop till to process payments for items
- Promoting Gift Aid to maximise fundraising potential
- Assisting and advising customers on offers and products
- Carrying out general shop duties as needed
No experience is required; full training will be provided.
AvailabilityVolunteer hours can be arranged a few hours during the week or weekend, as agreed with the shop manager. There is no minimum commitment; we only ask that you confirm the hours you can attend and inform us of any changes.
Qualifications & Skills- Positive outlook and friendly communication skills

- Basic customer service competence
