Shop Team Lead: Retail Customer Service (Betting Shops)

Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead service standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will supervise the shop team, take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products and ensure excellent customer experience.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll promote safe play, hit defined targets and help maintain a welcoming, high-standard shop environment across varied hours, including weekends.
