Shop Team Lead - Drive Sales & Customer Experience

Scope's Camberwell shop is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a mixed team of paid staff and volunteers. You will collaborate with the Shop Manager to maintain service quality and stock control while representing Scope within the local community.

The role requires customer-facing experience, leadership ability, and a passion for Scope's mission. Full-time hours, a 35-hour week, with occasional weekend working and ample training opportunities.
