S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans to expand further!

We provide our customers with a fast-paced service in high street locations, offering great tasting, quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing day-to-day shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
5. Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve goals.

You should have a background in retail management, ideally with experience in a food environment, although this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a hands-on, "can-do" attitude are important.

Typical working hours:

Deputy Shop Managers usually work from 7:45 am to 5:15 pm.
