Pay & Hours

We offer a rate of £12.71 per hour for our Shop Supervisors. The working week is 39 hours over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours to suit your needs.

Job Role

As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and food products, providing excellent customer service, and selling high-quality food. You will be trained to our standards and have opportunities for progression.

You will assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervise the team, increase sales, control costs, and develop the shop team to build customer loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Receive and check deliveries.
• Manage stock and produce.
• Maintain shop displays.
• Have excellent product knowledge.
• Prepare food according to specifications.
• Ensure food and produce quality control.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Work efficiently within a team.
• Handle cash and operate tills.
• Open or close the shop when required.
• Run shifts at various times.
• Drive sales and minimize wastage.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
