Shop Manager: Lead a Welcoming, High-Impact Retail Team

Dove House Hospice Ltd. in Gipsyville is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the shop's day-to-day operations, delivering friendly customer service and driving income in a welcoming, well merchandised environment.

You will manage a small team of staff and volunteers, handle stock, pricing and shop layout, work as the main key holder, and rotate across 5 days per week including Bank Holidays to meet sales targets and uphold our values.
