Shop Manager: Lead a Volunteer-Powered Store, Drive Results

Oxfam GB is seeking a Shop Manager for one of our Greater London shops. The role is fixed term for 12 months, requiring commercially aware leadership and the ability to motivate volunteers and staff to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards.
