Shop Manager: Lead a High-Impact Service Team

Greggs plc is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team in delivering fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels. You will inspire colleagues, recruit and train the team, and uphold high standards of customer experience.

You will also manage day-to-day shop operations, including stock, cleanliness and food preparation, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and accuracy in service.
