Shop Manager: Lead a Dynamic, Mission-Driven Store

Oxfam is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a community-focused shop, drive sales, and manage a small team including volunteers. You will uphold high standards of customer service, merchandising, and financial awareness while ensuring a welcoming volunteer-inclusive environment.

This role includes occasional Sunday work; you will report to the Shops Operations team and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion practices within the shop.
