Michael Kors is looking for a Shop Manager who will lead the host store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-store and virtually. The role requires a results oriented retail professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, supports team accountability, and upholds brand standards in a respectful and inclusive manner.
Responsibilities- Inspire, coach, and support the store team, building a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring inclusive and effective onboarding.
- Provide constructive feedback to help team members develop.
- Uphold brand presentation and professionalism, modeling company values and the behavior toolkit.
- Meet and exceed shop in shop sales goals, holding self and the team accountable for results.
- Analyze reports and develop action plans to meet or exceed expectations.
- Track and communicate business results and opportunities to drive sales and product knowledge.
- Ensure sales and unit goals/KPIs are established and communicated for MK Ambassadors.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively selling on the floor.
- Collaborate with district managers and wholesale marketing to identify marketing opportunities.
- Identify and communicate product and inventory needs promptly.
- Educate retail partner sales associates on the Michael Kors selling experience.
- Conduct weekly/monthly business overviews and seasonal product training with retail partners' managers and associates.
- Lead the team to prioritize inclusive, high quality customer experiences, building loyalty.
- Support consistent client communication through available tools and channels; manage client database to identify engagement opportunities.
- Maintain a visible presence and elevate service standards.
- Empower team members to resolve customer concerns with empathy and autonomy.
- Ensure shop in shop and stockroom are well maintained, organized, and accessible.
- Partner with retail teams to keep visual graphics current.
- Oversee timely processing of deliveries and stock placement.
- Communicate with corporate, regional, and district teams and collaborate on visual merchandising strategies.
- Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on required actions.
- Proven experience in retail and team leadership within a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with technology and able to use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced setting, with a positive and inclusive attitude.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills in English.

£26,000.00 - £41,500.00 GBP (salary range varies by role requirements, skill set, and experience).
