Shop Manager (East) at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Shop Manager (East) to join our Retail Team on a full-time permanent basis, working 5 days in 7 (including weekends and Public and Bank Holidays), Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.

The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Jersey Hospice Care's East charity shop, for maintaining a high level of customer service and maximising revenue. The postholder will build good team spirit by effectively communicating with the Head of Retail, colleagues and. They will lead, manage, develop, and train colleagues and volunteers, ensuring their understanding of their roles and responsibilities and the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
