Our retail shop in the heart of beautiful, historic Southwold is looking for a passionate, commercial, and customer-focused Shop Manager to lead our team.
As Shop Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's daily operations, driving sales while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- To take full responsibility for day-to-day organisation of the shop
- Achieve agreed financial budgets
- Provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction at all times to both external and internal customers
- Set and maintain high standards of merchandising, layout and display
- Work with and manage a team of volunteers who are integral to our business
Salary Scale B entry point £20,750.40 (WTE £25,938) per annum
Hours 30 hours per week (4 days) including weekends and bank holidays when required, shared within the team
