Shoot Assistant

Salary: Up to £27,000 based on experience

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Shoot Assistant to support a studio team with all aspects of the shoot process - from prepping samples and styling to managing imagery and ensuring products are ready to go live.

• Preparing and organising samples and styling pieces ahead of shoots
• Supporting the studio team with daily shoot logistics and post-shoot processes
• Uploading and managing product imagery across multiple brands via DAM systems
• Liaising with Buyers, Retouchers, and Producers to ensure smooth workflow
• Assisting with model research, courier bookings, prop sourcing, and admin tasks

• Previous experience in a fashion, studio or shoot environment
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Confident communicator who can work across teams
• A hands-on, can-do attitude in a fast-paced setting
