- Creating precise sample and product builds across all classes
- Running temperature, quality, and product date checks
- Sealing flight canisters and trolleys, recording numbers accurately
- Marshalling flights to Dispatch bays in the correct stowing order
- Drive your team to hit objectives, budgets, and specs - efficiently and effectively
- Build a positive, energised working environment
- Resolve conflict, find solutions, and take corrective action when needed
- Monitor and support team performance on shift
- Represent your team at operational meetings
- Coach, communicate, and develop your people so they perform at their best
- Own HACCP and legal compliance - health & safety, food safety, security, and gateOPEX
- Keep quality and service standards on point through smart systems and process management
Education: Degree-level ideal, but not essential - we care more about what you can do!
Experience:
- You've led a team in a fast-paced environment
- Shift/staff management experience - food manufacturing sector a big plus
- At least 2 years of relevant operational experience
Skills:
- Food hygiene, security, and H&S know-how preferred
- Aviation security awareness a bonus
- Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Solid IT skills - MS Office; advanced Excel is a real plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
