Shift Team Leader: Industrial Power Plant Operations

RecruitMe seeks an experienced Shift Team Leader for a high reliability energy facility in Lutterworth. You will lead a shift team, operate and monitor plant via DCS/HMI/SCADA, and ensure safe, compliant operation across the site.

You will oversee start-ups/shutdowns, inspections and environmental compliance, while developing the operational team and driving continuous improvement. The role follows a 365 day, 24/7 shift pattern.
