Shift Team Leader: Energy-from-Waste Operations & Safety

Encyclis is seeking a Shift Team Leader to coordinate day-to-day operations at our Energy Recovery Facility, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient performance on a rotating 12-hour shift.

You'll oversee direct reports, act as SAP on shift, coordinate maintenance, and drive HSE improvements while maintaining housekeeping standards.
