Shift Team Leader - Renewable Power Plant Operations

BWSC invites applications for a Shift Team Leader at our Hooton Bio Power site in the UK. You will operate and oversee safe generation, environmental performance and site security on a 24/7 12-hour shift cycle, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will lead a shift team, manage performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with site safety and emergency procedures while delivering reliable power and environmental compliance.
