Shift Team Lead, Energy-from-Waste Plant Safety & Ops

Encyclis is seeking a Shift Team Leader to coordinate day-to-day operations at our Energy Recovery Facility. You will supervise plant operators, ensure safety, and maintain environmental compliance, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role follows a rotating 12-hour shift pattern. The successful candidate will have a technical background in plant operations or maintenance, with SAP experience desirable.
