Shift Supervisor - Lead 15 on a 24/7 Fulfilment Centre

Zapp is hiring a Shift Supervisor to run one fulfilment site in London. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with paid overtime and a rota that includes early starts, late finishes, weekends and night shifts from time to time.

You will be the most senior person on site during your shift, lead up to 15 associates, be responsible for productivity, order accuracy, stock integrity and waste, and coach new starters toward progression.
