Job Description

Job Title: Production Operative

Salary: 27,000 per annum + Shift Allowance 170 per month

Working Pattern: Full Time

Driving Required: Yes

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is essential.
  • A valid forklift license is preferred; if expired we can still consider your application.
  • Physical stamina: heavy lifting and manual work; a strong work ethic is a must.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Support production processes efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Shift Patterns
  1. Initial Training: Monday to Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 4 PM until you are up to speed.
  2. Early Shift: Monday to Thursday 6 AM - 2 PM, Friday 6 AM - 1 PM.
  3. Late Shift: Monday to Thursday 1 PM - 9 PM, Friday 12 PM - 7 PM.
