Shift Manager, Retail Leadership & Store Operations

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store, motivate the team and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, managing cash, inventory and customer experience, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£15.45-£15.95) with bank holiday uplift, 30-35 days holiday pro rata, and an in-store discount, plus opportunities for progression within Lidl.
