Shift Manager: Lead Customer-Focused Retail Team

Greggs in the East Midlands region is recruiting a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn't present. You will motivate the team, ensure customers have a brilliant experience, and oversee preparation of products and oven management.

You will oversee in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru orders, while maintaining shop standards and a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
