Shift Manager: Lead a High-Energy Team & Delight Guests

Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to support General and Assistant Managers. You'll lead on the dining floor and line, coaching teams to deliver the Five Guys standard and an above-and-beyond guest experience.

With at least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR setting, you will drive shifts, manage crew breaks and food quality, and uphold food hygiene and safety while keeping energy high and morale strong.
