Shift Manager: Lead a Fast, Friendly Customer Experience

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced shop floor, motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery and Click + Collect channels.

You'll be responsible for running the shop when the Manager isn't around, keeping displays stocked, ovens managed, and the shop clean and inviting while delivering great experiences for every customer.

You'll also develop people, drive high standards, and act as a role model for inclusivity.
