Shift Manager: Lead 100+ Team, Drive Service & Growth

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and run shift operations across various parts of the day, including breakfast, evenings and overnights if trading 24hrs. You will drive sales, profitability and outstanding customer experience by modelling leadership and customer-focused behaviours.

The role involves managing a large team in a multi-million pound restaurant, working changeable shifts including weekends and bank holidays, and delivering service excellence in a
