Main Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Ensure excellence in the kitchen and wowing customers with outstanding service.
• Become a guru of standards and procedures, consistently delivering exceptional performance on every shift.
• Coach and guide team members to unleash their brilliance.
• Goal to achieve remarkable results during every shift, surpassing challenging targets.
• Maintain focus on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, ensuring highest standards.
