Responsibilities

• Run Great Shifts - Take control of the shift, from setting the pace to problem solving in the moment.
• Motivate the team and keep energy levels high, even when it's busy.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, well stocked, and fully compliant at all times.
• Support the Team - Coach team members during shifts to deliver excellent service and follow standards.
• Help train new starters and create a positive, productive team culture.
• Work closely with senior managers to make sure team and guest needs are met.
• Deliver Top Tier Guest Experiences - Be the go-to person for guests and staff during service.
• Handle any issues or feedback professionally and proactively.
• Lead by example in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly - Monitor stock, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout your shift.
• Follow and enforce company procedures - from opening and closing to food safety and cash handling.
• Contribute to a safe, secure, and supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor, team leader, or keyholder role in hospitality or retail.
• Confident leading a team in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communicator with a calm, can do attitude.
• Passion for great service and a keen eye for detail.
