Shift Manager - Lead Store Operations & People Growth

Sainsbury's is seeking an Argos Shift Manager to lead store shifts, coach colleagues and support day to day operations across the shop floor and warehouse. You'll be the go to person for on the job support and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

In this role you'll help drive sales, monitor KPIs, and act as a role model for service and store values. You'll also step in for the Store Manager when needed, delivering efficient, safe store operations.
