Shift Manager - Inspire Teams, Drive Store Ops & Sales

Argos is seeking an experienced Shift Manager in Croydon to lead store shifts, coach colleagues and support the Store Manager in delivering fast, friendly customer service. You will oversee day to day operations, manage tasks on the shop floor and in the warehouse, and help protect store standards and safety.

In this role you will use strong commercial awareness to understand customer needs, drive KPI performance, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for every visitor.
