Shift Manager - Food Production Leader (GMP/HACCP)

Staffline is recruiting a Shift Manager in Aylesbury. The role is full-time, 5 days out of 7, with hours from 6:00am to 3:30pm. The package includes a salary of £40,000 per year and potential weekend work.

You will lead production teams, ensure GMP and food safety, and drive continuous improvement across the site. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in food manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.
