Shift Manager - Dairy Production & Improvement (3 on/3 off)

Arla Foods Oswestry is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a production team of 10-20 colleagues on a 3 on/3 off shift pattern, days and nights. You will drive performance, safety and continuous improvement, delivering high-quality output within GMP guidelines.

Reporting to the Core Team Leader, you will coach staff, manage resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the site business plan and customer expectations.
