Shift Manager - Customer-First Retail Leader

Greggs in Swansea is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn't available and to motivate the team to deliver great customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will oversee shift operations, set an example, ensure customers have a brilliant experience, and manage product preparation, ovens, stock displays and shop presentation.
